Liberty Evangelical Free Church in Pella, Iowa is excited to hire a Pastor of Discipleship. This position will focus on the general discipleship needs of the Liberty E-Free body. However, due to the large influx of young singles and young marrieds that we have witnessed, the person will be asked to give specific attention to the discipling needs of this age group. The Pastor of Discipleship will also be responsible for overseeing our assimilation process and have some preaching duties.
