CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

SUNDAY SCHOOL: A ministry to our children with a committed, capable and caring teaching team is available on Sunday mornings. Children are taught great themes and stories of the Bible. There are opportunities for children ages 3 years old to 12th grade.

NURSERY MINISTRY: We believe that the spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being of children is vital. You will find that all activities are consistent with the teachings and example of our Lord Jesus Christ. We provide responsible, consistent, nurturing care for infants and toddlers through age three during our Sunday morning worship and for other church activities. Our care givers have been screened and offer a safe environment for our children.

AWANA: Awana is based on scripture memory and will help your children grow in their knowledge of the Word and the Gospels. Awana comes from 2 Timothy 2:15. Each Awana meeting will be a time filled with energy, fellowship and spiritual growth. Awana will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm and will feature three main segments: Game Time, Handbook Time and Council Time. MORE...

SUMMER CAMP: Hidden Acres is the EFCA Central District's Camp. It is located in Dayton, Iowa, about 30
miles Northwest of Ames. They have the summer full of wonderful camping programs for children entering grades K-12. Camping provides many opportunities for a life change to take place in the hearts of the campers. Every year, over 30 children are sent to camp. Liberty will pay 30% of the registration fee. MORE...
