Cubbies
For kids 3 (by Sept. 15th) thru Preschool

The Awana club for preschoolers is built on two premises:  Young children can and should receive spiritual training, and home is the primary place for spiritual training.  While at club meetings, Cubbies come for a time of fun, with a purpose...to reach and train kids for Jesus Christ.  Bible-centered handbooks and club activities help your children begin a solid understanding of the basics of Christianity at an early age.

Sparks
For kids Kindergarten through 2nd Grade

The Awana club for children in kindergarten through second grade builds on the material taught in our preschool club. The aim of the curriculum is to take youngsters a step deeper into God's Word while giving unsaved boys and girls regular opportunities to hear the gospel and come to faith in Jesus Christ. After being immersed in solid foundational teaching at the preschool level, boys and girls frequently come to an understanding of their need to trust Christ as their personal Savior while in Sparkseed to trust Christ as their personal Savior while in Sparks

Truth & Training
For kids 3rd - 6th grade

The name Truth & Training reflects the passion of Awana to teach third- through sixth-grade boys and girls the truth of God’s Word and to train them to follow Christ in their daily lives. Our goal is that many of today’s young people will become tomorrow’s church leaders. T&T is the program that trains the leaders of tomorrow — today.

An Awana Night

Awana meetings will be a time filled with energy, fellowship and spiritual growth. Each of our children’s clubs has its own unique meeting format, but in general Awana meetings are 90 minutes and feature three main segments:    Game Time, Council Time, Handbook Time

Game Time is comprised of exciting circle games exclusive to a that are a popular draw for children. Council Time is a large-group setting consisting of praise and worship, Bible teaching, awards, announcements and presentation of the gospel. Handbook Time provides small-group interaction, recitation of Scripture that kids learned during the week, friendship building and opportunities for leaders to mentor children and help them understand the Bible verses they memorize.

A note to parents…

Week by week, your children will grow spiritually as they learn Bible verses. Experience shows that encouragement from a parent will make a big difference in the spiritual growth of your children. Please set aside time each week to help your children study their workbooks.  See our Awana Parent Guide for more information about each club and our Awana Guidelines.
